Lesson 2 - Novelty, Creativity, Innovation and Invention.

Novelty

Novelty definition from (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novelty) stated that the quality of being new, although it may be said to have an objective dimension (such as abstract art or impression) it essentially exist in the subjective perception of individual.

In my own view point, novelty is something new or unusual. Take a example, the turtle image that i posted actually is a pendrive. But after few years, it's change to become a toys for us also. The function still remain but the design is changed. The turtle keep moving once the pendrive plug in to computer.

Creativity

This is what lecturer show us during creativity lesson.

Creativity is the ability to generate innovative ideas and manifest them from thought into reality.Creative also able to solve problem and the discovery of new ideas or concepts. This is what i explain in my first post.

Innovation

Innovation is a change in the thought process for doing something, or the useful application of new inventions or discoveries. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Innovation)

For my own is means that bring something new that we never see before or done before. Is important to us to create something new to satisfy user needs.

Invention

An invention is a new composition, device, or process. Which is a object that become a new things after been process. Just like this image.
